The cottage is in operation from Easter until the end of October, as the necessary comfort cannot be provided in winter. The summer season is the period of nine school holiday weeks, for example from June 27 to August 29. Prices are valid for ten paying persons including children. For each additional paying person, 200 CZK per night (1400 CZK per week) is charged in the season, and 100 CZK per night off-season. Children up to the age of two years including are free. When renting the cottage for five or fewer paying guests, a discount of 1000 CZK per week or 500 CZK per weekend is provided. A week usually means the period from Saturday 15:00 to the following Saturday by 10:00. A weekend means a three-night stay from Thursday 15:00 to Sunday 18:00, or by agreement. In case of reservation, an advance payment of 50 % of the agreed price is paid in advance, and the remaining rental price is due to the landlord by bank transfer no later than 7 days before the object is handed over to the tenant. Cancelling the reservation more than 60 days before the start means the return of 100 % of the advance payment, cancelling from 60 to 30 days before the booked date means the return of 50 % of the advance payment, and cancelling within less than 30 days before the booked date means the advance payment will no longer be refunded. At the latest on the day of taking over the object, a deposit of 2000 CZK will be collected, which will be returned if the object is used without problems. The price does not include normal cleaning, which is carried out by the tenant. Failure to clean at the end of the stay is a reason for not returning, or reducing the deposit. The cost of electricity is paid according to the actual consumption and price. All other costs of the owner (water, waste, wood, etc.) are already included in the price. A large amount of bedding is available for free use, or you can use your own. Tourist tax is not charged, loyalty discount is 5 %.
